A screenshot of your Apple Invoice via email or the purchase details on your iPhone
(Go to your setting->Click your profile->Media & Purchases->View your account->Purchase history).
For Google users：
A screenshot of your google play receipt in your Gmail inbox. Please include the order number starting with "GPA-."
For Third-party users:
If you don't get the purchased item in the next following days, we suggest you provide a screenshot of your payment receipt, which includes the item, date&time, and your payment amount.
