To cancel your subscription, please follow the steps below:
For Android users:
1. Launch Google Play Store
2. Go to Menu -> My Account -> Payments&Subscriptions
3. Select the subscription you'd like to cancel
For iOS users:
1. Launch App Store
2. Tap the account icon in the upper right corner -> Subscriptions
3. Select the subscription you'd like to cancel
Note:
1. If you would like to cancel the subscription, please do so at least 24 hrs before the end of the current cycle.
2. Once you cancel, the renewal date in your subscription details becomes the end date. We won't charge you for the subscription again, and you can continue to access it until this date. After your subscription is being canceled, it will still be available until the next payment cycle.
